A partner approach

Moot will have a plug-in interface, allowing other developers, communities and partners to contribute. This design is to ensure that users and developers can innovate and make special solutions on top of Moot.

The core functionality elements of Moot give the following categories of added services through the Moot interface:

Local service broadcast and discovery. Suitable for every commercial entity that wants to be discovered by/express themselves to people in the area. Typically stores, bars, museums, etc.

Tailor-made Moot communities (commercial and non-commercial). Suitable for specific interests or groups of people. Typically dating-Moot, party-Moot, student-Moot, game-Moot, conference-Moot, hotel-Moot etc.

Value adding services. Functions provided by partners not included amongst the Moot core functions. Partner-added functionality would typically be search of local content, voice module for local voice service truly free of charge, and local advertisement.
